By accessing or using Remote Agents, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Quick billing summary: paid plans auto-renew until canceled, cancellation stops future renewals, refunds are non-refundable except where required by law, and billing or legal questions can be sent through the contact page.
Remote Agents helps you continue and control active coding-agent workflows across devices. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the website, applications, extension, and related services for your internal personal or business use.
Remote Agents requires an account and an active subscription. Available plans currently include Starter (same-network relay), Pro (cloud relay), and Team. Features may also require internet access, compatible software, or third-party platforms.
Remote Agents supports both same-network relay and cloud-connected relay. Starter supports same-network relay within your machine and local network. Pro and Team include cloud relay through hosted infrastructure so your devices can connect across networks.
You are responsible for the prompts, data, source code, files, approvals, and other content you choose to process through the product. You should not use Remote Agents for content or workflows that you are not authorized to access, transmit, or modify.
Paid plans are subscription products. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges for the subscription you selected until you cancel.
Important: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and your use of Stripe's services may also be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

You may not use Remote Agents to:
Remote Agents and its related branding, software, website content, and service features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you other than the limited right to use the service as expressly described here.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation to you.
Remote Agents may rely on or interoperate with third-party services, including Supabase, Stripe, Fly.io, GitHub OAuth, app stores, operating systems, and development tools such as VS Code. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or behavior may affect your use of Remote Agents.
If you download a mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or use third-party sign-in or platform features, your use may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Remote Agents is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every workflow, device, model, extension, or development environment. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs, approvals, and file changes before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Remote Agents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for Remote Agents during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed us to legal liability, or misused the service.
You may stop using Remote Agents at any time. You may also request self-serve account deletion from our public Delete Account page; hosted cloud access is disabled immediately after the request and permanent deletion occurs after 90 days unless canceled during the grace period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Remote Agents after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
